Squat O'clock

Protein superfood smoothie! The Squat O'clock is a favourite at KIANO. This nutritious and hydrating snack is best right after a workout. Feel that protein rebuild your muscles! Within 30 minutes is best, but up to 2 hours after your work out works well too.

 

Time to make:

5 mins

 

Ingredients:

1 frozen banana

1 serving (30 g) Berry Strong

3 dl almond milk (or pant milk of choice)

2 tbsp. almond butter

 

Recipe:

1. Place all the ingredients in a blender.

2. Mix well.

3. Pour in a tall glass.

4. Enjoy!

 

Toppings:

Chia seeds

Fresh or frozen fruits

Walnuts for a crunch at the end!
