Yes! They are vegan, non- GMO and organic.

Most of our products are safe to use during pregnancy, but we would advise to avoid Matcha Power if you want to go without caffeine - and we recommend that you consult with your doctor before buying any of our products.

Our kid-friendly mixes (without adaptogens) are: Green BoostBerry Beautiful & Collagen Kiss. These are also safe and excellent supplements while pregnant or breast-feeding.

We advise to use half the recommended portion for kids.

Only our Matcha Power mix.

Yes! Our powders taste really good mixed with just water, or if you need some sweetness - with plant milk.

No, we do not add any sugar. All sugars in our mixes are 100% natural.

We fill our cans by weight and not volume, meaning we do not fill our cans to the top. Depending on the weight, the can will be filled to a different level.

The cans are also higher in height than the fill level due to the fact that the machinery used to fill the cans needs the space to be able to fill effectively.

Also, we don't use any artificial filler or emulsifier ingredients to bulk the powders up, as the intended product is to be pure and clean (and more bioavailable for your body).

The amount of grams you receive will always correspond to the total amount of serving sizes listed on the back of each product.

Order FAQs

It is possible to make address changes to an order until it has been processed or shipped from our warehouse. Please email: hello@kianolife.com ASAP after you realise the address is incorrect, as that will be the fastest way for us to handle your case.

It is possible to cancel an order until it has been processed or shipped from our warehouse. Once it has been shipped, you are still responsible to pay the shipping costs but you are entitled to cancel and allow for the return of the products back to our warehouse. You are also entitled to a refund on the products only.

If you have placed an order and realise you want to cancel it directly, please notify us ASAP by reaching out to: hello@kianolife.com, as that will be the fastest way for us to handle your case.

Shipping & Tracking FAQs

After placing an order you will receive a confirmation email. All tracking information is sent via email as soon as your package has been shipped. If you need help with finding your tracking information or have other questions, please reach out to our support team via the chat box, contact form page or email us at: hello@kianolife.com.

International orders may be subject to customs or import fees. KIANO is not responsible for paying these charges. These are the responsibility of the customer. We cannot predict how much they might be - that is at the discretion of your local customs office.

Eurozone: Our standard shipping time is 3 - 6 days. Orders over €60 will get free shipping, otherwise shipping is €6,90 for standard shipping.

International (outside of europe): Our standard shipping time is 6 - 12 days. All orders are required to pay €19,90 for shipping.
