Green Machine

Superfood smoothie for gut-health! Green Machine is recommended as a part of your morning routine. Wake up and get your greens first thing. This will help your microbiome multiply the good bacteria in your gut. 

 

Time to make:

5 mins

 

Ingredients:

1 ripe banana

Handful of spinach (25 g)

1 dl pineapple (60 g)

2 dl soy milk (or plant milk of choice)

2 tsp. Green Boost

 

Recipe:

1. Place all the ingredients in a blender.

2. Mix well.

3. Pour in a tall glass.

4. Enjoy!

 

Toppings:

Chia seeds

Shredded coconut
